An important clarification
Where we stand on illegal land grabs.
The CCF does not support squatter camps such as Plastic View, Cemetery View, or any other illegal land grabs. However, we are committed to working with National, Provincial, and Local Government and NGOs to relocate these occupiers to formal informal settlements through sustainable, lawful means.
The CCF does not support lengthy eviction court cases continuously opposed by Lawyers for Human Rights. We strongly believe that South African citizens have the first right to any laws in South Africa.
